Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyAndroid.Training (the "Service"), operated by Quadmark Ltd ("we", "us"). By signing in to the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and access

The Service is an invitation-only platform provided to staff of Android partner organisations for the purpose of product training. Access is granted via Google OAuth and is restricted to email addresses on authorised partner or operator domains. Your access may be granted, modified, or revoked at any time by an authorised partner administrator or by Quadmark.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — training and professional development. You must not:

3. Content ownership

All training material, video, documentation, assessments, and other content on the Service ("Content") is owned by Quadmark, our partners, or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Content for personal training use only.

4. User-submitted content

Where the Service allows you to submit content (such as feedback, assessment answers, or comments), you grant Quadmark a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with operating, improving, and reporting on the Service.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including (without limitation) if you breach these Terms, if your partner organisation revokes your access, or if you cease to be employed by a partner organisation. Upon termination, your right to access the Content ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Training material is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadmark and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed £100.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
