MyAndroid.Training

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how MyAndroid.Training ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Quadmark Ltd, collects, uses, and protects information when you access the platform at myandroid.training (the "Service").

The Service is an invitation-only training platform for staff of Android partner organisations. Access is restricted to authorised email domains, and all sign-in is handled through Google OAuth.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We use these to create or match your account in our records.

Activity information

We log your interactions with training content — including assets you view, assessments you complete, scores, time spent, language preferences, region, and the partner organisation you belong to. This data is used to deliver appropriate content, track training progress, and produce aggregate reports for partner organisations and Quadmark.

Technical information

Our servers automatically log IP address, browser user-agent, request paths, and response codes for security, debugging, and abuse-prevention purposes.

2. How we use information

3. Information we do NOT collect

Note on Google API integrations: the Service uses Quadmark-operated service accounts to read and write specific Google Sheets and Drive folders that we control (for example, the asset-management spreadsheets and shared content folders). These integrations operate on resources owned by Quadmark, not on your personal Google account.

4. Who we share information with

Your training activity is visible to authorised administrators of:

We use the following sub-processors strictly to operate the Service:

We do not transfer personal data to any other third party except where required by law.

5. Data retention

Account and activity records are retained while your account remains active. If your access is revoked by a partner administrator or you leave the partner organisation, your account is deactivated and most activity data is retained for up to 24 months for audit purposes, then purged.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Where you are based in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with applicable data-protection law, you have additional rights under that law (including, where applicable, GDPR/UK GDPR rights to portability and to object to processing).

7. Security

The Service is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by Google OAuth and by partner-level role-based permissions. We do not store passwords for accounts authenticated via Google OAuth.

8. Children

The Service is intended for working adults employed by Android partner organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email.
